We often get ask what is our key funding criteria, so here it is:
1. Companies that are looking for more than just money. They are looking for
a firm that can help execute as part of a larger, longer term incubation strategy.
2. Companies that are in the high-technology industry, especially those who are
leveraging the power of open source technology or Software-as-a-Service
(SaaS).
3. Companies that have a solution at the end of concept stage or early
development.
4. Looking for funding in the $50K - $350K range. For larger investments,
we will syndicate with other Investors / Angel Groups. such as the Utah
Angels, Park City Angels, Dixie Angels and the v-Spring Kickstart Fund.
5. The Company is located within the State of Utah.
